Auto Approved Ads on Twitter

I have just found this regarding free authorized "auto approve ads" on twitter apparently the guy set it and came back later to find out he had earned over 13 Euros from it looks like a great addition and here is proof!

On 1 account I have around 250 followers the site is saying I can earn around 93 Euros a month from that
