my answer :

ok, like this

1. you must register
2. in register page you must put your twitter account (user name and password), twitter password is used to acess

the twitter api (to post your ads)
3. go to your email and confirm your registration
4. now you can login to your account
5.in your account page, there is menu called "post ads", chose 3 ads (max 3 ads per-day/account)
Note: you can add several twitter account later, if you want...
6. after chosing some ads then click "post ads"
7. the ads will automatically showing up on your twitter page.
8.you get money when your followers click the ads
