Start finding people you know. I tell you one thing, pick a topic and find popular guy in that topic. After that, reply to his latest tweet, put some value on your tweet.
Imagine if he has 30,000 followers and he tweet you back. Booom your account is exposed to 30,000 people. Isn't it great?
